Find the request and its booking
A message is evidence of what the client wrote, not automatic approval to edit the job. Linking a booking records the relationship; it does not change a date, payment or crew assignment.
- Open the client conversation and expand Requests to review; use Refresh requests if a recent message is not shown yet.
- Read the quoted message and request kind: date, location, payment claim, cancellation, scope or team update.
- Choose the correct Booking for this request. Use Find another booking for review if the expected job is not listed, then choose Use this booking.
- Open booking to compare its current schedule and agreement before deciding.
Apply only a simple agreed date or location
Applying a simple date change cancels unsent shoot reminders for the old date; payment reminders keep their separate due dates. A date or location change can still require reviewing the client, crew and venue communication.
- For a simple one-day booking with no separate functions or assigned crew, enter the Agreed new date or Agreed new location after confirming it with the client.
- Choose Apply agreed change, wait for Booking updated, then open the booking to verify its schedule.
- For a multi-day, function-based, crew-assigned or closed job, use the booking Schedule editor instead so all affected work is reviewed.
Handle a payment claim or other request
Mark reviewed records the review without changing payments, cancellation status or team assignments. A brief review note is required. Dismissing a request is separate from cancelling the client’s booking.
- For a payment claim, choose Verify payment and inspect actual receipts before recording money; the message itself does not mark an invoice paid.
- For cancellation, scope or team requests, open the source Booking or Team workspace and make the authorized change there.
- Enter a Review note describing what was checked and choose Mark reviewed. Use Dismiss request when the suggested request should be rejected or is not actionable.
