Packages and quotation documents
Make the promised scope clear before a client confirms.
Create or import a package
Open Packages to create a package for the relevant event type. Include only the photography, films, photo counts, album and crew requirements that belong to that price.
During onboarding, choose Upload PDF or image at the package step. Later, use Import package in Packages. PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP and text documents up to 20 MB are accepted, with up to 12 PDF pages. Recognition runs on your device and fills editable drafts; clearly separated packages can be added together. Confirm missing or uncertain prices and review the included services. Scanned recognition currently reads English.
Review the client document
A quotation includes the saved studio branding, client, event arrangements, purchased services and pricing. Download the PDF and check it before sharing. Add the logo in Settings once; newly generated documents use the saved logo.
An imported document preserves the reviewed scope and terms. Explicit photo counts, services, films, albums and some crew counts also fill structured fields. Check these details before using the package in a quotation; optional extras are not automatically included. Imports stay private until you choose to display them on your website.
