If download fails

Download from Studio Storage

ZIP retains the folder structure and original filenames. Save to folder needs a browser that supports picking a destination directory.

Open Storage and enter the folder you need.
Choose Download folder, or select multiple files and choose Download selected.
In the Download dialog choose Download ZIP; on supported browsers, Save to folder is another option.
Open the result locally and check the file count before deleting any source files.

Download from a shared storage link

Open the shared files link and navigate into the folder. Choose Download folder (ZIP), or Download all (ZIP) at the top level. The sender chooses which current files and folders are included in the share.

Client gallery downloads are different

In the client gallery, Download all starts individual file downloads in sequence when the studio allows downloads and payment access is clear. It does not currently produce a ZIP. A viewer preview is not necessarily an original-quality download.

If download fails

Check that the share link is still valid and that the browser allowed the download. Large collections may take time. A browser failure does not remove the stored originals.
