Connect WhatsApp and use reminders
Use the studio account and send relevant updates.
Connect the studio business account
Open Settings → WhatsApp and complete the Meta connection for the studio business account and number. Entering a phone number alone is not a finished connection. The provider permissions and approved templates must be ready.
Reminder processing also needs the deployed scheduler and a working connection. Check delivery logs when a client says an update did not arrive.
Keep changes understandable
Event reminders use the current schedule and assigned crew context. Project updates describe progress; payment reminders use the outstanding balance. Review dates and phone numbers before enabling a rule.
Incoming client replies are recorded in the conversation. A free-form request such as “change the date” should be reviewed before changing the booking. It does not automatically mark payment received or rewrite the agreed price.
