Open the editor
A draft can be changed before sharing. Once a version has been sent or approved, review the version history and the status rules rather than silently changing what the client agreed to.
- Find the quotation in Quotations, then open it.
- Use Edit from the quotation page or its actions menu if the status allows editing.
- Review client, event, packages, line items, amounts and document terms. Save and verify the new version.
Correct the wrong client or price
Stop before sharing. Verify the client and linked enquiry/booking, then correct the quotation in the editor. If money has already been recorded, make the financial correction through the booking, invoice or payment workflow; editing a PDF alone does not reconcile receipts.
