Cancel a job
Cancelling a booking is not the same as refunding a client. A refund is a separate money movement and must be recorded against the job.
- Open the booking and verify the client and event date.
- Use Booking status to start cancellation, then read the confirmation carefully.
- Choose Keep booking to leave it unchanged, or Confirm cancel only after checking the client agreement and the downstream consequences.
- Review recorded advances, refunds, crew assignments and linked project work separately.
Mark work complete
Complete the booking only after reviewing the actual shoot and the current status options. Project deliverables, client gallery access and final balance remain separate checks. A completed booking or cancelled booking may lock further status changes in the dropdown.
