Review photos

The gallery may have a selection target and deadline. Confirm the final set with Review selection and submit it when ready.

Open the private gallery invitation or Client Portal and choose the gallery.
Tap a photo to open the large viewer. On a phone, swipe between photos; on desktop, use the viewer navigation.
Use Select for the requested selection purpose and Add note if the gallery allows comments.

Add a note or return to the grid

Comments are attached to the photo, while Select adds it to the current editing or album request. A note alone is not a submitted selection.

In the viewer, choose Comment on this photo, type the note and choose Send comment; Close comments hides the panel without sending an unfinished note.
Use Previous file and Next file, or swipe on a phone, to compare adjacent photos.
Choose Back to photos when the review screen should return to the selected photos in the grid.

Download when permitted

A Download action appears only when the studio allows that file type and resolution and any payment access conditions are met. If it is absent, ask the studio to check gallery permissions. Viewing a preview does not imply permission to download an original.
