Create and publish your studio website

Edit website content, preview it and confirm what is actually public.

Set the layout and message

The editor shows Unsaved changes until the draft is saved. Save draft is not a publish action.

  1. Open Website from Products or Portfolio.
  2. In Design, choose Cinematic or Editorial; switching templates keeps your entered content.
  3. Write Headline and Short introduction, then use Page order arrows to move sections up or down. Empty sections stay hidden on the published site.
  4. Use Save draft to keep the changes private while you continue editing.

Place photos, films and stories

Only media and stories selected here appear publicly. A private client gallery or production folder is not automatically a website gallery.

  1. Open Photos & films and choose Add media to: Main cover, optional Phone cover, or Website gallery & films.
  2. Choose a Photo library album. New website album makes a library for the website; upload the intended photos or videos there.
  3. Choose a file tile to Use as cover or Select it for the gallery. Adjust Cover position to keep the subject visible.
  4. Use Use main cover on phone to remove a separate phone cover. Reorder gallery files with Move photo up or remove an unwanted file from the website selection.
  5. In Featured stories, select only published public albums; Manage albums opens the portfolio if a story needs publishing first.

Choose packages and public details

The published website address stays fixed after its first publication so old shared links keep working. Website enquiries arrive in the studio Enquiries list.

  1. In Packages, choose Hidden, Services only · request a quote, Starting price or Full price, then check the catalogue packages to show.
  2. Use Manage package catalogue to edit a package before displaying it; a website setting does not rewrite an agreed quotation.
  3. In Details, enter Studio name, Website link, About your studio and Location. Add public Phone, Email and Instagram only if clients should see them.
  4. Set Page title and Page description under Search & sharing; these describe the page in search results and shared links.

Preview, publish and take offline

If another edit won the save race, Reload saved version loads the latest saved content; review your unsaved work before choosing it. Retry is for a failed load when there is no unsaved draft.

  1. Use Preview or See preview on a phone; switch Desktop preview and Phone preview to check both layouts.
  2. Choose Publish website for a first release or Publish changes to update an existing live site.
  3. Use Copy link or Visit published website, then open the public URL in a signed-out browser to verify what visitors see.
  4. Choose Unpublish in Details when the site should go offline; the draft and photos remain saved.
