Set up your photography business

Start with your studio identity

Sign in with Google or the WhatsApp code sent to your number. Continue setup with the owner name, studio name and address. You can use the same setup for an individual photography business.

Add team members and packages when you have them ready; these steps can be skipped and completed later. At the package step, upload your existing PDF or image to fill package drafts automatically, review them, then use Save & Continue. An interrupted setup resumes from the last saved step.

Choose your next action

Use Add enquiry when the client is still discussing scope or dates. Use New booking for an already agreed job, including a returning client. For a walk-in portrait or passport session, choose the relevant event type and the actual services; album and wedding functions are optional.

If sign-in does not finish

Complete the sign-in in the same browser and address where you started. Avoid starting several Google sign-ins in different tabs. A blocked provider or an undelivered WhatsApp code needs a connection check; do not keep submitting a payment or creating another studio.
