Respond to shoots and update work in the team portal

Choose your studio, accept or decline a shoot, check its schedule and keep tasks current.

Choose a studio and find your work

After signing in at /crew/login, Team workspace shows your assigned shoots, projects and tasks. If you work with more than one studio, use the studio selector; memberships remain separate. The role list explains the positions that the owner assigned. Call studio uses the saved studio number. Enquiries and Clients links appear only when the owner separately grants office access.

  1. Check the shoot date, each function, venue and time before responding.
  2. Use Open production files on an accessible project to view its private source and return work.
  3. If there is no work, ask the owner to assign the booking, project or task; signing in alone does not create an assignment.

Accept or decline a shoot

If the app says the response could not be confirmed, choose Refresh assignment and review the latest state before trying again. A cancelled shoot should not be treated as an active travel instruction.

  1. On the shoot card, read Your role and the complete schedule.
  2. Optionally enter a Note for the studio, then choose Accept assignment or Decline assignment.
  3. Wait for Response saved before leaving. The owner can see the decision.
  4. To revise a previous choice, choose Change response, select the new response and save. Keep current response closes the editor without changing it.

Update a task

Task cards show their due date, priority and description. Use Task status to move your assigned task between To do, In progress, Ready for review and Completed where allowed. The Saving indicator must finish before you rely on the change. Task completion does not by itself deliver client files.
