Sign in with WhatsApp
An invitation link is not required for a member whose Team access is enabled. A roster number mismatch or disabled/archived member must be corrected by the owner.
- Ask the studio owner to add you to Team and enable Team access on your member card.
- Open /crew/login, enter the saved WhatsApp number and choose Send WhatsApp code.
- Enter the six-digit code and choose Verify and sign in. Choose Request a new code if the earlier attempt expired; the page may ask you to wait a minute before sending another.
- In the workspace, choose the right studio membership if you work for more than one studio.
Use email, Google or a team link
Direct WhatsApp sign-in may open the workspace without an invitation screen. Creating a separate owner studio account does not grant team access. If a team link fails or has expired, ask the owner to verify your roster identity and access.
- For the saved work email, choose Email me a sign-in link and open that link in the same browser.
- If your team identity uses Google, choose Continue with Google and complete its sign-in.
- If an older team link shows Join your studio team, check the signed-in email before choosing Accept invitation. Use a different account when the email is wrong.
Find work and access
The team portal shows assigned projects and permitted office modules. Positions and owner-granted access control what appears. Open a project for source files, tasks and returned edits; open office modules only if the owner has enabled them.
