Assign a member

An employee in the Team roster is not automatically assigned to every booking.

1. Open the booking and go to Team or choose Manage crew from Overview.
2. Select Assign member, choose an active team member and role, and add any agreed pay amount.
3. Review date conflicts if the app warns that the member has another assignment; confirm only after checking the schedule.

Resolve a schedule warning

A crew conflict warning means the person has another assignment on the relevant date or time. Compare both schedules and travel time. Assign anyway is an explicit override after that check; it does not remove the other assignment or notify the member that their timetable changed. If the overlap is real, choose a different person or adjust the schedule first.

Edit, remove or record a payout

Use the member row actions menu to Edit or Remove assignment. Record payout marks money paid outside the app; it does not transfer funds to the person. Review Expenses for the corresponding cost.
