Give each member the work and source files they need.
Invite the right account
Add an active member with their email in Team and create a private invitation link. The member signs in with that matching verified email. A roster entry alone does not grant login or assign work.
Assign shoot crew in the booking, production members in the project and task ownership in Tasks. A member working for multiple studios can switch their memberships without merging studio records.
Originals, edits and review
Open Production files in the project. The owner can upload source files. Assigned members can download original quality and upload edited work. Project galleries are also available as a source collection for authorized members.
The owner can approve returned work or request changes with a note. These private production files are not automatically shared with the client; prepare and share the appropriate client gallery when work is ready.
Access changes
Revoke access when the assignment relationship ends. Archiving a member or changing the invitation email also disables that identity. Downloads use temporary links; an already issued download link remains usable until its short expiry.
Team access and production files require their database setup. If unavailable, the owner should have the deployment checked; creating repeated invitations will not install the missing setup.
