Create a client portal invitation

Create the link

The invitation link signs that client into their connected portal and expires after 30 days. Check whether Portal active already appears before creating another invite.

1. Open Clients and select the intended client.
2. Open the Portal tab or client portal page.
3. Choose Create invite, then copy the newly generated private link.
4. Send it only to that client through your chosen channel.

Check linked content

Review the client’s linked galleries in the Portal view. A gallery still needs its own shared status and permissions. A portal invitation alone does not release private production files or bypass a download lock.
