Add and update a deliverable in the studio list
Find promised albums, photos and films across projects, then edit their status and handoff link.
Find the right output
Pending, In Progress, Ready, Approved and Delivered are distinct states. A filtered-out item is still in its project.
- Open Deliverables from Products.
- Use the status summary or type filter to narrow the list.
- Choose the linked project name to inspect the job before changing its promise.
Add or edit an item
The project is fixed when editing an existing item. If you attached it to the wrong project, verify the record and use the supported delete/recreate workflow carefully.
- Choose Add deliverable and select its project.
- Select a type such as Album, Photos, Teaser, Highlight Film or Full Film; enter the optional title, status, link and notes.
- Choose Add, then verify the new item under the intended project.
- For corrections, open the item actions menu → Edit, change the fields and choose Save changes.
Advance status and check delivery
The status pill advances one step when clicked: Pending → In Progress → Ready → Delivered. Clicking Delivered again cycles to Pending, so use Edit when you need to choose an exact status such as Approved. Ready can trigger an approval-gated client message; review the job and link before advancing. Review delivery opens the linked booking or project handoff area. A status alone does not upload a file.
