# Check WhatsApp wallet balance and message usage

Find paid messaging balance, top-up status and usage when wallet billing is enabled.

## Review available balance

Open Settings → WhatsApp → Wallet & usage. This section appears only when wallet billing is enabled for the studio. Review balance, reserved amount, recent transactions, message usage and any low-balance warning. Use Refresh to fetch current values before relying on them.

1. Compare a charged message with its category, number and status in the usage list.
2. Check the wallet transactions or top-up list before repeating a payment that appeared interrupted.

## Add balance

A pending payment-provider checkout is not a confirmed top-up. If the browser closed during payment, check transaction status before starting another one. Wallet balance pays for eligible messages; it is separate from client booking payments and studio expenses.

1. Choose Add Balance in Wallet & usage.
2. Select a preset amount or enter an allowed custom amount.
3. Continue through the payment provider and wait for the result.
4. Return to Wallet & usage, refresh and check that the top-up is marked paid and the balance changed.
