## Find and manage a conversation

A message that asks to change a date, price or booking is a request for review. It does not automatically rewrite the job or record a payment.

1. Open WhatsApp and choose All, Unread, Open, Pending or Closed to narrow the list.
2. Use Refresh conversations if a new reply is expected; New conversation starts a new thread when the sender and recipient are eligible.
3. Open the chat, then Chat details to inspect status, assignment and linked records. Close chat details returns focus to the conversation.
4. Use Mark as unread when another person still needs to review the chat.

## Send a reply or approved template

A provider-accepted message can still have a later delivery state. Repeated send clicks can duplicate a client message.

1. Read the latest inbound and outbound messages and check the linked client before replying.
2. Type a reply and choose Send message while the allowed conversation window is open.
3. Outside that window, choose Send approved template and review the selected approved wording and recipient before sending.
4. If the send failed, use Review & retry after checking the failure. For an uncertain result, use Check delivery before sending the same message again.

## Check sender and reminder delivery

The app cannot guarantee delivery when the recipient number, consent, provider connection, template or billing is not ready.

1. Use Message sender settings to open Settings → WhatsApp when outgoing messages are unavailable or use the wrong number.
2. Check the effective sender, recipient number, approved template and automation rule.
3. Review the message log and status before retrying a reminder or payment message.
