# Share a storage folder or selected files

Create a time-limited share without exposing unrelated files.

## Choose exactly what to send

Anyone with this URL can view and download the included files without logging in until it expires or is stopped. Files added later to the source folder are not automatically added to an existing selected-folder share.

1. Open Storage and navigate to My Drive or Client work.
2. Select the intended files or folder, then use Share from the item or collection actions.
3. Review the selected file and folder count; a selected folder includes its current subfolders and files.
4. Enter Link name, choose Expires after 1, 7 or 30 days, then choose Create share link.
5. Use Copy link, the device Share menu where available, or Open link to verify the recipient view before sending it.

## Manage and stop access

A recipient can download an included folder as ZIP from the shared view. Replacing a link keeps the included files and expiry; it does not add later uploads. Do not use temporary object URLs as permanent client links.

1. Choose Manage share links to view the active links, file counts and expiry for this storage collection.
2. Choose Copy / open link for a current link, or Stop sharing to revoke it immediately.
3. If an older link needs a replacement, choose Replace old link, then confirm Replace link. Choose Keep old link to cancel replacement. Send the new URL because the previous one stops working.
