# Change studio details, tax and account settings

Find each Settings section and save the right identity, document or security change.

## Choose the right section

Settings has My profile, Studio & branding, WhatsApp, Security and Account actions. On a phone, use the Settings section selector; on desktop, use the section navigation. My profile changes the person using the account. Studio & branding changes the business identity shown in new documents.


## Edit studio identity and document settings

A saved change affects future generated documents; it does not silently rewrite a PDF already sent to a client. Review tax and numbering with your own accountant before issuing a document.

1. Open Settings → Studio & branding.
2. Use the top record actions menu → Edit.
3. Update the studio name, type, location, address, phone, email or timezone where needed. Review the currency display separately from any payment or document amount.
4. For new document numbers, edit Invoice Prefix or Quotation Prefix. If you charge GST, switch on Charge GST and enter GSTIN and GST Rate %.
5. Choose Save studio and check the read-only summary.

## Edit profile, password or sign out

Updating the password leaves this device signed in. Cancel closes an edit; if you changed values, the unsaved-changes guard may ask before discarding them. WhatsApp connection has its own section and save flow.

1. For your name or personal phone, open My profile → top actions menu → Edit → Save changes.
2. For a password-based account, open Security, enter New Password and Confirm New Password, then choose Update password. Show password and Hide password change only the input display.
3. For sign-out, open Account actions, choose Sign out and confirm.
