# Create, import and edit studio packages

Maintain reusable offers without rewriting past client agreements.

## Build a package

Give each package an accurate event scope. A short portrait session should not inherit a wedding album or crew requirement.

1. Open Packages from Products or Portfolio & Packages.
2. Create a package for the correct event type.
3. Add included services, deliverables, counts, price and any terms; save and review the card.

## Import or change one

Changing a catalogue package does not rewrite a historical quotation. Inspect the quotation itself when answering a client about their agreed price.

1. Use Import package to read an existing PDF or image into an editable draft; review all recognized prices and services.
2. Open an existing package and choose Edit for future quotations.
3. Check website visibility separately before showing a package to the public.

## Other package controls

New package opens the full package form. Starter packages offers a starting template; review and replace every sample value before use. Save & create another keeps the form open for the next package after saving the current one. Skip dismisses the optional defaults prompt. Brochures and documents opens the attached document library; Close documents returns to the package list. Retry loading packages reloads after a read failure and does not save an unsaved form.
