# Find modules and records on phone or desktop

Use the sidebar, Products menu, record search, filters and sorting without losing your place.

## Find a module

The bottom bar is a shortcut, not a complete list of features. The Products panel groups work, clients and money, studio, and account settings.

1. On desktop, open a module from the left navigation groups: Today, Clients & jobs, Money or Studio.
2. On a phone, use the bottom navigation for Home, Enquiries, AI Assistant and WhatsApp; open Products for the other modules.
3. Use the Products Search control or the desktop search entry to look for records across the studio.

## Work in a list

List filters change what you see; they do not delete records. Status, date and archived views can hide an otherwise valid record.

1. Use the page search field for a name, number or other visible identifier.
2. Open Filter to narrow the records, then Sort to change their order.
3. Choose a row or card to open its detail page. Clear a filter if an expected record appears missing.
