## Create an enquiry

Do not invent dates or prices merely to pass through a form. Search first when a returning client may already exist.

1. Open Enquiries, then use Add enquiry.
2. Enter the client name and contact information you know. Add event type, date, venue, source and budget only when available.
3. Save the enquiry, then open it to add functions, follow-ups, notes or a quotation.

## Find and review

A converted enquiry can remain visible in All even though it no longer counts as an active sales conversation.

1. Search by customer or other supported text in the list.
2. Use the status chips and Filter/Sort controls to narrow the pipeline.
3. Open the enquiry card to view its overview, functions, follow-ups and linked quotation or booking.

## Correct a mistake

Open the enquiry, use its actions menu and choose Edit. Change the relevant field, save, and check the detail view. For a linked booking, edit the booking schedule in its own record so production stays authoritative.
