## Prepare partial requests before booking

A function amount is an optional allocation inside the package total. It is not an extra charge by itself. A separate occasion for the same client starts a new enquiry rather than quietly extending a closed booking.

1. Open the enquiry’s Client requests & agreed scope area and choose Add request.
2. Choose Event / shoot, Service or Deliverable; enter the requested work, date, venue and client decision as known, then Save request.
3. Use Review existing work grouping to put related items in one sub-project. Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet and Reception functions belong with Wedding coverage.
4. Select only the items the client accepted; Select all available functions is a shortcut when all shown work belongs in the same offer.
5. Choose Review package & quotation and verify the one package total before issuing the offer.

## Propose a change after booking

Saving a proposal changes nothing yet. Existing receipts, delivered work and cancellation history remain on record. A refund is a separate money movement even when the agreed price decreases.

1. Open the booking’s Agreed work & changes area and choose Propose change.
2. Add an existing enquiry request, Add event, or use Add work to this agreement. Choose the existing sub-project when the new work is a function of that job.
3. For a correction to existing work, edit that item; for a removal, select only unfinished items to cancel.
4. Enter Agreed price change: a positive value adds to the booking total, a negative value reduces it, and 0 changes scope without changing price.
5. Record the reason and client approval reference, then choose Save proposal for review.

## Accept, reject or recover

Review existing work grouping changes the organization of scope; it does not move files from their original project. Reload an error state before submitting another proposal so you do not duplicate the same change.

1. Read the proposal’s added, edited and cancelled work and its amount delta in Change history.
2. Use Approve agreed change only after verifying the agreement and price; use Reject proposal if it was not agreed.
3. If an older booking has no linked quotation, use Create missing quotation from this agreement; from a linked enquiry use Recover missing booking quotations, then open and verify the generated document.
